27 Oct Queens Memorial Recognition

Downe’s Livery Stables were lucky enough to be able to honor the Queens Memorial with both our riders and ponies dressed in their splendor.  Local Ward Councilor Jonathon Andrews and the church wrote us a beautiful thank you letter.

Hi Both,

hope all is well.  I just wanted to thank you (and the very skilled riders) for the organising the equestrian tribute to Her Majesty before the Downe Church service last week.  As well as being very impressive to watch, I thought it very fitting particularly given the Queen’s well-known love of horses.

Many thanks
